Remembrance Day 11th November 2018


There were many young men from this parish who fought in World War 1, but these valiant men were killed.

Thomas Coffin, St. John Alan Charlton, Ernest Wilson, Arthur Humphries, Harold Edwards, William Thomas Murhall, Frederick Joseph Hopley, Ernest Speed, Joseph Williamson, Felix Alfred Walter, Arthur Henry Pate, Heneage Latham, John Faulkner, Herbert Latham, Walter Thomas and Frank Hewitt.

We are looking to display photographs and appropriate material from World War 1 in the church.

If anyone has anything they can loan us we would be most grateful, please contact the Vicar or Churchwardens.

On 10th November between 2.00pm and 4.00pm the church will be open, and on 11 November the Service of Remembrance will commence at 10.45am and the church will remain open all afternoon until 4.00pm
