Lockdown Service - 11th October 2020
Welcome to our Sunday readings and sermon at Harvest.
Sadly, we cannot have the usual gifts of fruit, vegetables and food which we pass on to those in need. However, we will be having a one-off collection for the Agricultural Chaplaincy in Cheshire. Some of you will have visited its stand at the Cheshire show in previous years and know something about the benefits it has for the farming community stretching from support for housing to personal and pastoral care for farmers. I am informed that every £1 given will become the equivalent of £10 in their hands. Please contact Ann Bailey if you would like to add to our collection.
Our Annual Parochial Church Meetings will at last take place next Sunday 18th October after the morning service. I enclose a copy of the agenda.
As expected, social distancing and masks are required. Further guidelines may be posted in the entrance.
Also we will be holding the 100 club draw after the service on Sunday 20th December.
Our service transcript is below for anyone unable to attend.
