Lockdown Service - 4th October 2020

Welcome to our Sunday readings and sermon on the parable of the wicked tenants.

This week the Church remembers in particular William Tyndale (b 1494), translator of the scriptures whose first translation of the bible in to contemporary English became the foundation of the Authorised Version.

Our Harvest service is next Sunday October 11th. Sadly there will be no meal or refreshments and you will not need to bring produce. But, there will be an opportunity to bring a donation for the Agricultural Chaplaincy. Every £1 given will be worth the equivalent of £10 to the work of the Chaplaincy in their support of the farming community.

As expected, social distancing and masks are required. Further guidelines may be posted in the entrance.

The total sum collected in the Children’s Society boxes was £369.48. Many thanks to all. Also we will be holding the 100 club draw after the service on Sunday 20th December

Our service transcript is below for those unable to attend.
